JOHN S DUNWOODY
John has over twenty years experience in real estate, residential building industry and the property development industry. John was owner & manager of Property Plus, a company involved in Real Estate Property Development and Home Building Services in Melbourne, Australia. He also was owner and CEO of a National Franchise Company involved in the Importing and Distribution of golf equipment for the Golf Industry in Australia & New Zealand.
His extensive knowledge of residential building practices, property development, property investment and contract negotiations will help all of his clients achieve maximum results in either buying or selling of their home. John has worked with Rural and Acreage developments and is Accredited in Acreage Real Estate in Alberta. One of the most enjoyable aspects of John's services are helping Families Re-locate to Calgary. As an Accredited Re-Location Realtor, John can help with placement of all the family members & kids in sports clubs, hobby groups, schools and other individual interest groups. Finding the Perfect Home in the Perfect location is a very rewarding part of being involved in Real Estate for John. John is also happy to advise his clients on the many aspects of renovations and adding value to their homes.

After growing up in Cranbrook, B.C., John attended the University of Calgary where he studied Civil Engineering.
He is a passionate skier and was involved with the Canadian Ski Patrol at Sunshine Ski Resort. John now lives in Calgary with his wife Sue and two children, Taylor and Keira. They enjoy skiing, camping & hiking. John loves Fly-fishing and throwing Shrimp on the BBQ with friends. John also follows Australian Rules Football, the best spectator sport in the world!!
